Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- 2 cups Gluten Free Pancake Mix
- 10 tablespoons cold butter (cut into small cubes - approximately 1/4" in size)
- 6 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2-4 tablespoons cold water
- 1 29 oz can pure pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling. I use Libby's pumpkin)
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
