- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour ((our can purchase or place instant or old-fashioned oats in a food processor and pulse until it forms a flour))
- 3 Tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar, (firmly packed)
- 2 Tablespoons canola oil ((or vegetable, avocado, or other neutral oil))
- 2 Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk ((can also use almond milk))
- 1 ounce regular or light cream cheese, (softened to room temperature)
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
