  • 2 ounces regular or light cream cheese, (softened to room temperature)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 Tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour ((our can purchase or place instant or old-fashioned oats in a food processor and pulse until it forms a flour))
  • 3 Tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar, (firmly packed)
  • 2 Tablespoons canola oil ((or vegetable, avocado, or other neutral oil))
  • 2 Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk ((can also use almond milk))
  • 1 ounce regular or light cream cheese, (softened to room temperature)
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
