Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- 1 16 ounce (16 ounce) jar organic peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup of honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 325F. Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray, line it with parchment paper, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, pour peanut butter and mix well with a hand blender or spatula until smooth.
- Add all the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips and mix well to combine.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the dough out in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for about 20-30 mins or until the brownies are cooked through.
