Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 ounces dried gluten free pasta
- 2 cups fresh mixed herbs ((parsley, basil, tarragon, etc))
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Combine the fresh herbs, garlic, cheese, pine nuts and lemon zest in a blender or food processor and pulse until the herbs start to break down; then gradually pour in the oil with the blades running and pulse until it forms a thick paste.
