Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 100 g Rolled oats (make sure they're gluten free)
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Light brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 160 ml Skimmed milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp oil
Instruction
- Put the oats into a blender and blend until a flour consistency. Put in a bowl with the baking powder, sugar, chocolate chips, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
- Add the milk, egg, oil and vanilla and add to the oats and stir well.
- Heat and grease your waffle maker with some spray oil. When it is fully heated, add the waffle batter. Depending on the size of your waffle maker, this should be enough to make 4 square waffles.
- Cook for 4 minutes, or until they are cooked (this will be different depending on your waffle maker).
