Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 2 cups Premium Gold Gluten Free Flour (sifted)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup irish cream liqueur (or non-alcoholic irish cream)
- 2 eggs (lightly whisked)
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- cooking spray
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp irish cream liqueur (or non-alcoholic irish cream)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the milk and irish cream.
- Add the whisked eggs and melted butter. Combine well.
- Coat the donut pan with cooking spray and spoon the mixture into the pan.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes.
- While the donuts are baking, combine all of the chocolate glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Remove and stir immediately to combine.
- Remove the donuts from the oven.
- Allow to cool 5-10 minutes, then dip into the glaze.
