Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 2 cups Premium Gold Gluten Free Flour (sifted)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup irish cream liqueur (or non-alcoholic irish cream)
  • 2 eggs (lightly whisked)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • cooking spray
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp irish cream liqueur (or non-alcoholic irish cream)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add the milk and irish cream.
  • Add the whisked eggs and melted butter. Combine well.
  • Coat the donut pan with cooking spray and spoon the mixture into the pan.
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes.
  • While the donuts are baking, combine all of the chocolate glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  • Remove and stir immediately to combine.
  • Remove the donuts from the oven.
  • Allow to cool 5-10 minutes, then dip into the glaze.
