  • 2 cups Yellow Onions Chopped
  • 2 cups Frozen Green Peas
  • 2 cups Frozen Carrots
  • ¼ cup Coconut Milk (full fat)
  • ¾ cup Almond Meal
  • 4 cups Low Sodium Chicken Stock
  • 3 Tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
