  • 1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs (such as Panko brand)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chives or 1 teaspoon of dry chives
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • sprinkle of black pepper and Himalayan salt
  • ½ cup non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted (can use vegan butter))
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dry oregano
