- 1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs (such as Panko brand)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon fresh chives or 1 teaspoon of dry chives
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- sprinkle of black pepper and Himalayan salt
- ½ cup non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted (can use vegan butter))
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt
- ¼ teaspoon dry oregano
