Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal

Instruction

  • Combine egg, yogurt and vinegar in a small bowl.
  • Stir in baking soda, almond meal and cornmeal until just combined.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes while you heat the pan/griddle.
  • Pour or scoop batter onto griddle, let sit until bubbles form and flip carefully.
