Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
Instruction
- Combine egg, yogurt and vinegar in a small bowl.
- Stir in baking soda, almond meal and cornmeal until just combined.
- Let sit for 5 minutes while you heat the pan/griddle.
- Pour or scoop batter onto griddle, let sit until bubbles form and flip carefully.
