Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3/4 cup applesauce

Instruction

  • Heat the oven to 350 F.
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake for 40–55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Using a smaller pan will require a longer baking time and result in a thicker loaf.
