Ingredients

The following ingredients have 25 Servings
  • 1/2 freeze dried strawberries (or other berries)
  • 1 1/4 cup gluten free cocoa crispies cereal (we use vegan Love Grown Foods)
  • 2/3 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla) or coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup no stir nut butter of choice
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • optional strawberry extract. 1/2 tsp
  • optional cocoa powder for dusting

Instruction

  • First grind up your freeze dried strawberries and transfer into a mixing bowl.
  • Add your protein powder (or coconut flour), crispies, and nut butter. Stir ingredients all together. • Add in your honey/maple syrup and vanilla extract then mix again well with hands. Add strawberry extract if desired.
  • Roll into 1-1.5 inch balls and place on cookie tray or plastic ware with parchment paper underneath.
  • Let them freeze for 20-30 minutes then transfer into a Ziploc bag.
  • Dust with additional strawberry powder from the freeze dried strawberries or cocoa powder if desired.
  • keep in fridge or freezer for up to 6 weeks.
