  • 3 Tablespoons butter (cold and cut into small pieces)
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 large eggs
  • 3 cups fresh cherries (pitted (about 2 pounds))
  • 8 packets stevia (about 1/3 cup sugar equivalent)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon almond extract
