The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup fine sorghum flour OR fine brown rice flour
- 1/4 cup ground golden flaxseed ((also called golden flaxmeal))
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup rice milk or oat milk
- 1/2 cup fine shredded carrots ((about 1 medium/large carrot))
- 1/2 cup + 3 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light tasting olive oil ((or other mild tasting oil))
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon dairy free and soy free cream cheese ((I used Daiya))
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 Tablespoons rice milk or oat milk
