- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 6 tbsp. unsalted butter (cold)
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup boiling water
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
