  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup gluten free flour ((I used Krusteaz) )
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 6 tbsp. unsalted butter (cold)
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
