Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 5-6 apples (cored and sliced (I prefer Honeycrisp))
- 1 cup gluten free quick cooking oats (I used Bob's Red Mill)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup almond flour (I used Honeyville)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 stick cold butter (cut into cubes)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 °. Grease or spray an 8 x 8 baking dish or cast iron skillet.
- Put sliced apples into the pan.
- In a bowl stir the oats, sugar, almond flour and cinnamon.
- Cut the cold butter into the flour mixture with your hands until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Top apples with flour mixture.
- Bake for 35-45 min. until topping gets golden.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
