The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup baby kale leaves
  • 1/2 banana, sliced (use a large, ripe banana here)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups SILK unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Spirulina (optional, but recommended)
  • 1 heaping cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 banana, sliced (use the other half of the banana from the green smoothie)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups SILK unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
