Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh baby spinach (packed)
- 1/2 cup water (or milk of your choice)
- 1 scoop Truvani Collagen ((this is my favorite collagen))
- flax seeds
Instruction
- Add pineapple chunks, mango, banana, spinach, water and a scoop of Truvani Collagen into blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smoothie has a smooth texture.
- Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with flax seed and enjoy!
