Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh baby spinach (packed)
  • 1/2 cup water (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 scoop Truvani Collagen ((this is my favorite collagen))
  • flax seeds

Instruction

  • Add pineapple chunks, mango, banana, spinach, water and a scoop of Truvani Collagen into blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smoothie has a smooth texture.
  • Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with flax seed and enjoy!
