Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 20 small Sausage
  • 1 Tbsp runny honey
  • 2 Tbsps Chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp mild Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp clarified butter

Instruction

  • Fry the sausages in the clarified butter.
  • Mix together the honey, chilli sauce and mustard and brush the sausages with the mixture. Fry for another 1-2 minutes, then serve on preheated plates.
