- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3-3.5 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon zest (from 4 lemons)
- 1 cup powdered icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
