Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (I use Bob's Red Mill unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup oats (old fashioned or quick cooking)
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • several scoops ice - more or less to taste

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Add more ice until you've reached designed thickness.
