Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 banana
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup protein powder (I use Bob's Red Mill unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup oats (old fashioned or quick cooking)
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- several scoops ice - more or less to taste
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Add more ice until you've reached designed thickness.
