Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 18 oz. box old-fashioned oats
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup raw slivered almonds
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup lightly salted roasted pistachios
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the box of old-fashioned oats, coconut, almonds, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves.
  • In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, maple syrup, molasses, and vanilla. Pour over the oat mixture and stir until evenly coated.Pour mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent over browning of the granola the edges of the pan.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely. Stir in pistachios and dried cranberries and store in an airtight container.
