Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 18 oz. box old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup raw slivered almonds
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup lightly salted roasted pistachios
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together the box of old-fashioned oats, coconut, almonds, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves.
- In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, maple syrup, molasses, and vanilla. Pour over the oat mixture and stir until evenly coated.Pour mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent over browning of the granola the edges of the pan.
- Remove from oven and cool completely. Stir in pistachios and dried cranberries and store in an airtight container.
