Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Corn on the cob
- 1 – 2 teaspoons fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1.5 tsp honey
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- for garnish (sesame seeds)
Instruction
- Clean and remove husks from corn.
- Grill corn on high, directly on the grate. Turn every minute or so to get nice caramelization on the corn. You want a little char, but take care not to burn it.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the sesame seeds and mix well.
- When corn is done grilling, immediately brush the sauce over the corn liberally, turning often to cover the cob completely
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
