Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Corn on the cob
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1.5 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • for garnish (sesame seeds)

Instruction

  • Clean and remove husks from corn.
  • Grill corn on high, directly on the grate. Turn every minute or so to get nice caramelization on the corn. You want a little char, but take care not to burn it.
  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the sesame seeds and mix well.
  • When corn is done grilling, immediately brush the sauce over the corn liberally, turning often to cover the cob completely
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
