Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 inch ginger root (peeled and coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
Instruction
- Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat to a boil over medium high heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let cool to room temperature, strain into a jar and refrigerate.
