Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 12 oz shrimp (large, deveined)
  • 1 lime (for garnish)

Instruction

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ginger, lime juice, cumin, and salt
  • Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat the shrimp
  • If you have time, allow the shrimp to marinate in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours
  • When you are ready to cook the shrimp, heat a skillet over medium
  • Pour in the oil to heat
  • Add the shrimp to the warm oil and cook the shrimp for about 3-5 minutes on each side
  • Serve warm with lime wedges on the side
