Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 oz shrimp (large, deveined)
- 1 lime (for garnish)
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ginger, lime juice, cumin, and salt
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat the shrimp
- If you have time, allow the shrimp to marinate in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours
- When you are ready to cook the shrimp, heat a skillet over medium
- Pour in the oil to heat
- Add the shrimp to the warm oil and cook the shrimp for about 3-5 minutes on each side
- Serve warm with lime wedges on the side
