Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 large lemon (washed and seeded, peel on)
  • 1 cup honey (raw unfiltered)
  • 3-5 tablespoons ginger (peeled and grated, )

Instruction

  • Using a very good blender, blend together 1 large lemon with peel, seeds removed, 1 cup of raw honey & 3 tablespoons of grated ginger.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour honey ginger syrup into a glass jar and use 1/2 -1 teaspoon a day with water during fall/winter/spring.
  • Cover & store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
