Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 large lemon (washed and seeded, peel on)
- 1 cup honey (raw unfiltered)
- 3-5 tablespoons ginger (peeled and grated, )
Instruction
- Using a very good blender, blend together 1 large lemon with peel, seeds removed, 1 cup of raw honey & 3 tablespoons of grated ginger.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour honey ginger syrup into a glass jar and use 1/2 -1 teaspoon a day with water during fall/winter/spring.
- Cover & store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
