Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (, about 1 1/4 lbs.)
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup whole grain Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic (, minced)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbs. chopped cilantro
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange chicken in prepared baking dish.
- In bowl combine brown sugar, Dijon, vinegar, ginger, garlic and cornstarch, stirring until blended and smooth.
- Pour brown sugar mixture over chicken and bake 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cilantro.
