Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (, about 1 1/4 lbs.)
  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic (, minced)
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbs. chopped cilantro

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Arrange chicken in prepared baking dish.
  • In bowl combine brown sugar, Dijon, vinegar, ginger, garlic and cornstarch, stirring until blended and smooth.
  • Pour brown sugar mixture over chicken and bake 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cilantro.
