Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 carrot (peeled and finely grated)
- 2 tablespoons ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 10 ounces frozen pork pot stickers
- 3 scallions (chopped)
- chili oil (optional)
Instruction
- Place broth, carrot, ginger paste, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add frozen dumplings, reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes or until dumplings are done.
- Add chopped scallions and cook 1 minute more.
- Serve hot with a drizzle of hot chili oil if desired.
