Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 carrot (peeled and finely grated)
  • 2 tablespoons ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 10 ounces frozen pork pot stickers
  • 3 scallions (chopped)
  • chili oil (optional)

Instruction

  • Place broth, carrot, ginger paste, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Add frozen dumplings, reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes or until dumplings are done.
  • Add chopped scallions and cook 1 minute more.
  • Serve hot with a drizzle of hot chili oil if desired.
