Ingredients
The following ingredients have 15 Servings
- 120 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 2.00 tsp ground ginger
- 4 tbs icing sugar
- 3 tsp golden syrup
- 60 g butter
Instruction
- Base: Cream butter and sugar.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread into greased slice tray.
- Bake at 180C 15-20 minutes until light brown.
- Topping: Warm all ingredients.
- When butter is melted, mix well.
- Spread on base while base and topping are hot.
