Ingredients

The following ingredients have 15 Servings
  • 120 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 2.00 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 tbs icing sugar
  • 3 tsp golden syrup
  • 60 g butter

Instruction

  • Base: Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread into greased slice tray.
  • Bake at 180C 15-20 minutes until light brown.
  • Topping: Warm all ingredients.
  • When butter is melted, mix well.
  • Spread on base while base and topping are hot.
