Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1-1/2 teaspoons tamari or soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced bamboo shoots
- 1 cup quinoa (rinsed)
- 15 ounce can straw mushrooms (drained)
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 3 scallions sliced
- 1 tomato (peeled and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat.
- Cook covered 18-20 minutes.
