Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 6 small carrots (about 11 oz) (peeled and chopped)
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp miso paste (dashi style)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instruction
- Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed food processor until smooth. That's it!
