Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 6 small carrots (about 11 oz) (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp miso paste (dashi style)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instruction

  • Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed food processor until smooth. That's it!
