Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 3 Tbs EVOO
  • 1 small Sweet Onion chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 4 Tbs grated Ginger
  • 2 heads Bok Choy chopped, leaves and stems
  • 8 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 8oz Linguini Rice Noodles
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbs Tamari
  • Dash of Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instruction

  • In a 6 quart Dutch Oven add EVOO and heat over med/high heat
  • When oil is shimmering add Onions and sauté 3-4 minutes
  • Add Garlic, Ginger, and sauté 1 minute
  • Add Bok Choy and sauté 1 minute
  • Add Broth and bring to boil
  • Add Noodles and turn heat down to simmer
  • Add Sesame Oil, Tamari, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, and Pepper
  • Cook until noodles are done about 4-6 minutes
  • Enjoy!
