  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey ((or maple syrup))
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons water ((to thin out; add more as needed))
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 3 cups savoy cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup radishes (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves (torn)
