Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Calabrian chile paste or red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. In a medium bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Marinate 10 minutes at room temperature. Spread shrimp evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque all the way through. Sprinkle with lemon juice and basil. Serve with lemon wedges.
