Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Calabrian chile paste or red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425°F. In a medium bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Marinate 10 minutes at room temperature. Spread shrimp evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque all the way through. Sprinkle with lemon juice and basil. Serve with lemon wedges.
