Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 cups soaked black eye peas
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tomato
  • 1/2 cup wild shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon red palm oil or veg oil
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

Instruction

  • heat oil and saute onion until translucent then add tomato and reduce down to a paste. add the vegetable stock, shrimp and black eye peas and simmer for 30 minutes.
