The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Cups Cornmeal
- 4 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Hatch Chili Cheese (shredded)
Instruction
- Heat the water on medium high eat and add the conrmeal slowly. Keep stirring until all the cornmeal is added and bring to a boil. Add in the coconut milk and keep stirring. Turn heat down to medium heat and stir frequently.In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the cheese. Cook and stir until it melts. Serve and enjoy!
