Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Cups Cornmeal
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup Hatch Chili Cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • Heat the water on medium high eat and add the conrmeal slowly.  Keep stirring until all the cornmeal is added and bring to a boil.  Add in the coconut milk and keep stirring.  Turn heat down to medium heat and stir frequently.In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the cheese.  Cook and stir until it melts. Serve and enjoy!
