Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large Cucumbers ((peeled & sliced 1/8" thick))
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt ((divided))
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Dill ((chopped))
  • 1 tablespoon White Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground Black Pepper

Instruction

  • Using a sharp knife or a mandoline, peel and thinly slice cucumbers. Then sprinkle the sliced cucumbers with 1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt, and let them rest in a colander for two hours to drain excess water. (this is optional but recommended)
  • While cucumber slices are resting prepare the dressing by combining all remaining ingredients in a small bowl, and set in the refrigerator to chill.
  • After cucumbers have rested, pat dry with paper towel and add to a medium bowl with the dressing. Toss to combine and serve.
