Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats (use certified gluten free if gluten intolerant)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 cups [Silk 2g Sugar Protein & Nutmilk Almond Cashewmilk & Pea Protein]
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- Toasted coconut flakes, toasted pecans, and mini chocolate chips, for serving (optional)
Instruction
- Place the oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and cocoa powder in a large bowl and stir until combined.
- Add the Silk 2g Sugar Protein & Nutmilk Almond Cashewmilk & Pea Protein and maple syrup to the oat mixture and stir until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
- Serve with toasted coconut flakes, pecans, and mini chocolate chips if desired. Enjoy!
