Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats (use certified gluten free if gluten intolerant)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 cups [Silk 2g Sugar Protein & Nutmilk Almond Cashewmilk & Pea Protein]
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • Toasted coconut flakes, toasted pecans, and mini chocolate chips, for serving (optional)

Instruction

  • Place the oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and cocoa powder in a large bowl and stir until combined.
  • Add the Silk 2g Sugar Protein & Nutmilk Almond Cashewmilk & Pea Protein and maple syrup to the oat mixture and stir until combined.  Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
  • Serve with toasted coconut flakes, pecans, and mini chocolate chips if desired.  Enjoy!
