- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter ((1 - 112 gr stick))
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp milk or cream if needed
