Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 2 cups chopped fresh Tomatoes (about 4 medium-sized tomatoes)
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Tamarind
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Pepper Sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Starch

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl, add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, water, garlic, olive oil, sugar, tamarind, hot pepper sauce and corn starch. Mix with a whisk or a hand mixer until evenly blended.
  • Place in a tightly covered container, in the refrigerator, for an hour before using to flavor a meal, to allow the flavors to fully develop.
