Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/8 cup fresh pressed Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1/8 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 cup ground Ginger
  • 1/8 cup Garlic (minced)

Instruction

  • Add soy sauce, water, pineapple juice, lime juice and white vinegar to a mixing bowl. Whisk to blend thoroughly.
  • Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, ginger and garlic to the mixture. Whisk until the sugar completely dissolves into the liquid.
  • Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Store leftovers in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator for up to a week.
