  • 4 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp ginger paste ( (or 1/2 tablespoon fresh minced ginger))
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
