- other ingredients to prepare the cake ((oil, eggs, water))
- 2 8 inch round cake pans
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 stick ((115 grams) softened butter)
- 1/2 cup mascarpone at room temperature
- 5 cups powdered sugar (, sifted)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp heavy cream or milk
- 1 1/2 cups pink of blue candy and sprinkles to fill the cake
- pink and blue sprinkles to decorate the cake on the outside
