Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 large tomatoes (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 slices English cucumber (peeled, seeded and roughly chopped), plus a few extra pieces for garnish
  • 1/4 red bell pepper (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (plus lemon wedge for moistening glass rim)
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt (plus extra to rim glass before serving)
  • Tabasco sauce (to taste, or similar pepper sauce)
  • celery and cucumber sticks for garnish

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients – except for garnish – into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Pour a good amount of celery salt on a small plate. Cut a lemon wedge and moisten the rim of your glass with it. Gently dip the rim of the glass into the celery salt and coat evenly.
  • Pour Gazpacho Bloody Mary into glasses over ice, add garnish and serve.
