Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 large tomatoes (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 slices English cucumber (peeled, seeded and roughly chopped), plus a few extra pieces for garnish
- 1/4 red bell pepper (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (plus lemon wedge for moistening glass rim)
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt (plus extra to rim glass before serving)
- Tabasco sauce (to taste, or similar pepper sauce)
- celery and cucumber sticks for garnish
Instruction
- Place all ingredients – except for garnish – into a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour a good amount of celery salt on a small plate. Cut a lemon wedge and moisten the rim of your glass with it. Gently dip the rim of the glass into the celery salt and coat evenly.
- Pour Gazpacho Bloody Mary into glasses over ice, add garnish and serve.
