Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound String beans (washed and end removed)
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic ( peeled and minced)
  • 1.5 tsp Sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted)

Instruction

  • In a wok or large frying pan add your string beans, water and garlic. Cover and steam over med- high heat for 2 minutes. Remove lid.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper and stir fry for about 1 minute or until the beans are still bright green and are aldente. Toss with toasted sesame seeds.
