Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (such as whole fat Chobani)
- 1/4 cucumber (preferably English cucumber, seeded and finely chopped (about 1/4 cup))
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced )
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 1/2 tsp dried dill (or 1/2 tablespoon fresh)
Instruction
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and dill. Stir well to combine.
- Store in a covered dish in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
