Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 pound shrimp (deveined)
- 4 Tablespoons salted butter (melted)
- 3 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- 3 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoon capers (optional)
- 1 tablespoon minced basil leaves plus more for sprinkling or 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
Instruction
- Put the butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes into a cake pan and air fry at 400F (200C) about 2 minutes.
- Add the shrimps and all remaining ingredients and stir gently. Air fry at 400F (200C) for about 5-6 minutes, stir once in between.
- When done, remove the cake pan from the fryer unit and let it rest on the counter for about one minute.
- To serve, sprinkle additional fresh basil leaves if desired.
