Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 pound shrimp (deveined)
  • 4 Tablespoons salted butter (melted)
  • 3 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
  • 3 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoon capers (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon minced basil leaves plus more for sprinkling or 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/3 cup chicken stock

Instruction

  • Put the butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes into a cake pan and air fry at 400F (200C) about 2 minutes.
  • Add the shrimps and all remaining ingredients and stir gently. Air fry at 400F (200C) for about 5-6 minutes, stir once in between.
  • When done, remove the cake pan from the fryer unit and let it rest on the counter for about one minute.
  • To serve, sprinkle additional fresh basil leaves if desired.
