Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Garlic (Minced)
- 8-10 Shrimps (Cleaned)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 2 tbsp Parsley (Chopped)
- 50 g Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
Instruction
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add 2 tbsp salt to it.
- When the water, starts to boil, add pasta to it and cook until the pasta is just cooked.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat Extra Virgin Olive oil in a pan.
- Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimps and red chilli flakes and cook for 30 seconds.
- Now add 1/2 cup of water from the boiling pasta in the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it in the pan along with parsley and toss well.
- Remove the pan from heat and add the parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot.
