Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic (Minced)
  • 8-10 Shrimps (Cleaned)
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (Chopped)
  • 50 g Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

Instruction

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Add 2 tbsp salt to it.
  • When the water, starts to boil, add pasta to it and cook until the pasta is just cooked.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat Extra Virgin Olive oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
  • Add shrimps and red chilli flakes and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of water from the boiling pasta in the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Drain the spaghetti and add it in the pan along with parsley and toss well.
  • Remove the pan from heat and add the parmesan cheese.
  • Serve hot.
