Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium yellow squash
- 1/2 cup carrot slices
- 7-10 asparagus stalks
- 2 cups Alexia Rosemary Fries
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Garlic Rosemary Seasoning Mix
Instruction
- Put everything in a bowl and toss to combine and coat with olive oil
- Dump onto a piece of heavy duty foil, and wrap so that it is in a pouch
- Put on preheated grill, then turn grill down to low, and let cook approximately 25 minutes. Every grill heats differently, so check about half way through to insure it is not burning, stir if needed, and keep an eye on it.
- Serve immediately.
