The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 425F degrees.
- Place all the ingredients on a baking sheet and toss throughly to coat.
- Roast potatoes for 45 minutes or until fork tender and crisped.
