Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 lb radishes (ends trimmed, halved)
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dill

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 425F
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the radishes, coconut oil, salt, and pepper
  • Toss the radishes to coat
  • Spread the radishes out on a large rimmed baking sheet
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
  • Remove from the oven and add the minced garlic, parsley, and dill
  • Set the broiler to low and broil for about 5 minutes
  • Stir again to coat and serve warm
