Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 lb radishes (ends trimmed, halved)
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp dill
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 425F
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the radishes, coconut oil, salt, and pepper
- Toss the radishes to coat
- Spread the radishes out on a large rimmed baking sheet
- Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
- Remove from the oven and add the minced garlic, parsley, and dill
- Set the broiler to low and broil for about 5 minutes
- Stir again to coat and serve warm
